REFUND POLICY

With all our Online Services we have a 30 day 120% money-back guarantee — If within the first 30 days of your initial purchase you are not seeing results from us (subscription and non-subscription services) simply just request a full refund by contacting the Customer Support team. You will be refunded and your subscription will be cancelled. However, if you have purchased a program during a promotional period and have redeemed that promotion (e.g. supplements, clothing, headphones) you are not eligible for a refund.

CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You can cancel your subscription at anytime. In order to cancel your subscription simply send an email from your registered email address to [email protected] at least 3 working days before the billing date. Once cancelled, you will not be billed for the next billing cycle. Subscriptions cannot be paused under any circumstance. One-off payment plans cannot be extended under any circumstance. If you choose a one-off payment plan, you will not be automatically charged at the end of the period and your meal plan and workout plans will only be active for the period you have paid for. In order to continue receiving new updated meal and workout plans once the one-off payment plan ends, you will need to manually make a payment again via the website (meantforwar.com).

Additionally if you are a UK consumer, by default you have a legal right to a “cooling-off” period within which you can cancel the Contract for any reason, including if you have changed your mind, and receive a refund. The period begins once we have sent you your Subscription Confirmation (i.e., when the Contract between you and Us is formed) and ends when you access (e.g., download or stream) the Content, or 14 calendar days after the date of Our Subscription Confirmation, whichever occurs first. After the cooling-off period (if applicable), you may cancel your subscription at any time, however subject to 7 days’ notice.
